Create optomechanical designs ensuring sub-micron alignment
Conduct thermal and vibration assessments on assemblies
Produce detailed CAD models for multi-disciplinary systems
Oversee manufacturing readiness and coordinate with machinists
Develop alignment fixtures and jigs for assembly processes Requirements:
Bachelor's in Mechanical or related engineering field
4+ years of mechanical design experience; 2 years in optomechanics
Expertise in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
