Duties
Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and standards
Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to take orders and answer questions
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is advantageous
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
