Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards are essential.

Duties
Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, ensuring all areas are sanitized.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all food safety protocols.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing ingredients properly.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and meet daily production goals.

Skills




Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
