Role Description The Sales Role is a full-time, hybrid role based in Canada, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role is responsible for setting the sales strategy, leading the sales organization, and driving revenue growth across professional sports, collegiate, corporate, franchise, and retail apparel programs.

Qualifications
MUST have an existing client portfolio or relationships in related industry
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Strong Account Management skills, including building long-term client relationships and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Hands-on experience in Sales Operations,



including forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, and process optimization.
Proven Business Development capabilities, identifying recent markets, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding key verticals.
Experience in apparel, manufacturing, or related industries, preferably with factory-direct or global sourcing settings.
Advanced negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Leadership experience in a hybrid work workplace, including coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and managing change.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent senior commercial experience is an asset.

Pay: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
