This role supports Project Managers and Superintendents from planning to execution. You'll manage project scheduling, documentation, and safety processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality control throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities:
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
Coordinate documentation, including drawings and change orders
Assist with managing change events and tracking notices




Document meetings and provide regular updates on progress
Support safety and quality assurance processes Requirements:
Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering
2–10 years of direct construction experience
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
Familiarity with construction processes and systems
