Lead multidisciplinary teams as a Project Coordinator for Co-Planning with MCFN in Ontario. This permanent role requires expertise in governance, energy planning, and community engagement. The Co-Planning Committee Coordinator will co-chair meetings, oversee project feasibility, and ensure governance compliance under the MRBPC's direction.
This position, focusing on project coordination, requires 10 years of relevant experience, robust organizational skills, and an understanding of Indigenous governance. On-the-job training will be available as needed to support team objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Co-chair Co-Planning Committee meetings with TTN lead
Oversee project feasibility and documentation preparation
Ensure adherence to governance and cultural best practices
Develop capacity recommendations for the Co-Planning Committee
Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams Requirements:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Minimum of 10 years in energy planning or governance
Solid understanding of First Nation rights and community engagement
Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license required Combine your expertise in energy planning and governance to advance MCFN projects effectively.
