Duties
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
Oversee merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential and maintain visual standards
Manage cash handling, POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
Coordinate purchasing, inventory control, and store replenishment to meet sales goals
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and boost sales
Conduct interviews, recruit new staff, and assist with onboarding processes
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly,



and maintain high levels of phone etiquette and communication skills

Requirements
Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail or related fields
Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing, and store management
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability in team management, training & development, and leadership roles
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and administrative tasks
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism
Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, and supervising staff performance
