FDB is in search of an AZ Float Driver who values integrity and teamwork. This role is geared towards individuals with at least three years of float driving experience. Key tasks include safely operating equipment, performing necessary maintenance, and supporting daily construction activities, all while contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently operate floats and ensure safety standards
• Take care of equipment maintenance and paperwork
• Keep equipment and tools in top condition
• Assist with daily drilling and blasting operations
• Familiarize yourself with all company policies

Requirements:
• Hold a valid AZ driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with floats
• Loading/unloading heavy machinery experience considered valuable
• Knowledge of hydraulic rock drills is advantageous
• Commitment to safety practices and teamwork
