Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with safety regulations while mentoring team members. Your hands-on leadership will promote a culture of safety and excellence on various unionized worksites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct morning safety meetings with crew staff
• Enforce compliance to safety standards
• Lead installation of power distribution systems




• Execute system switching and cable testing
• Document safety inspections and procedures

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician
• Leadership experience in previous PLT roles
• Direct experience with underground installations
• Commercial driver’s license preferred
• Advanced live line work experience considered an asset
