Custom Agri Systems is seeking an Experienced Millwright Iron Worker for critical installations and repairs of agricultural machinery. This hands-on role demands both millwrighting and ironworking expertise.

In this position, you will fabricate, install, and maintain various mechanical systems and structural frameworks essential for optimal agricultural functionality. The role requires collaboration with other trades to ensure safety and adherence to OSHA regulations. Providing mentorship to apprentices is also encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair machinery based on specifications
• Weld metal structures using various methods
• Conduct thorough preventive maintenance on equipment




• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues
• Ensure safety compliance throughout all operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a millwright or similar field
• Solid understanding of welding techniques and fabrication
• Capability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
• OSHA certification preferred
• Physical capability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
