Bridge knowledge gaps with clients, providing clear communication and relationship building.

Ideal Previous Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years in clinic practice with a focus on wellness, medicine, surgery, and dentistry.

Medical competence: diagnose and treat infectious, inflammatory, metabolic, degenerative, physiological, and environmental diseases.

Urgent Care

Triage and stabilize urgent/emergent cases prior to referral.

Surgical Competence

Feline spay/neuter, canine spay/neuter (including mature and large breed),



cryptorchid neuter, umbilical hernia repair, mass removals, cystotomy, laceration repair, eyelid surgery, enucleation, gastropexy (ideally).

Dental Competence

Charting, reading X‑rays, gingival flaps, burring, sectioning, extractions, closing extraction sites (ideally).

Comfort with POCUS and abdominal ultrasound (a plus).

Your Skills

Clear, compassionate communication with team and members.

Excellent time‑management, balancing appointments, walk‑ins, urgent cases, and administrative tasks.

Proactive problem‑solving and ability to seek support when needed.

Self‑knowledge of strengths and areas for growth; responsive to feedback.

Motivation to grow personally and professionally, adapting to Juno’s evolving processes.

Willingness to collaborate with veterinarians and non‑doctor staff as required.

Supports inexperienced doctors and the broader clinic team.

What You'll Be Doing

Leverage your DVM status in medicine, surgery, and dentistry at its highest level.

Own patient care: appointments, procedures, lab interpretation, prescriptions, and follow‑ups.

Build client relationships through positive experiences, proactive planning, and conflict resolution.

Actively participate in team meetings to enhance medical quality.





Coach and support junior doctors and support staff.

Align with and promote Juno initiatives; understand basic business metrics.

Expand your service offerings through CE and training opportunities.

Compensation for this Position
The role offers a salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 per year, with a bonus component starting at 10% based on experience and performance. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
