Key Responsibilities:
• Determine nutrition strategies for patient populations
• Document and review patient care plans regularly
• Provide educational support to the healthcare team
• Collaborate on research projects and trials
• Develop and maintain clinical indicators in practice
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field
• Registered with the College of Health Professionals in BC
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage positively with various stakeholders
