The ideal candidate will have a post‑secondary degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Robotics & Automation. A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the Controls and Automation industry is essential.

Qualifications - Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Robotics & Automation.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the Controls and Automation industry.
Experience with PLC, HMI, robot programming, motion control, and peripheral systems.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities - Electrical and Fluid Power designs (EPLAN, AutoCAD).
PLC & HMI software development (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Toyopuc).
Robot programming and setup (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Nachi, Kuka).
Motion control systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Bosch).
Peripheral systems (vision, marking, weld).
Lead commissioning, testing, and debugging of automation systems.




Purchase hardware and materials for projects.
Manage client relationships and project scope.
Participate in stand‑ups, work planning, and technical reviews.
Utilize Jira for progress updates and ticket management.
Ensure accurate and complete project documentation.
Uphold company policies and submit timesheets/service reports accurately.
Stay current with applicable standards, codes, and rules.
Support clients during regular hours, after hours, and weekends as required.
Promote efficiencies and continuous improvement.
Engage in initiatives to share knowledge and support team development.
Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training and industry events.
