The Senior

Analyst, AI Enablement & Programs will report to the Director of AI Value Hub. This hybrid position is pivotal for executing citizen-led automation and ensuring that strategic AI initiatives align with core business goals. You will work on process improvements, manage project lifecycles, and engage stakeholders to enhance operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of AI and automation initiatives directly
Facilitate training sessions for organizational capability growth
Manage intake and coordination of AI project requests




Act as a primary contact for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption
Develop and standardize documentation for best practices Requirements:
5–8 years in business analysis or technology roles
Robust stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform
Experience in program or project settings
