Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our car dealership in Brampton. The part time Sales Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression while supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Assist with customer inquiries and route sales leads to the appropriate sales staff
Schedule appointments for sales and test drives
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and professional appearance
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support the sales department with paperwork and follow-ups as required
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries




Maintain accurate customer and lead records in dealership systems
Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled appearance and positive attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
