As we continue expanding into the mid-premium and premium travel market, we’re looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys helping customers find the perfect travel solution.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Recommend luggage, backpacks, travel accessories, and travel essentials based on customer needs.
Process sales using the POS system.
Receive, unpack, price, and merchandise inventory.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email.
Help maintain an engaging shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Friendly, confident, and skilled communication skills.
Solid work ethic with attention to detail.
Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers.
Comfortable lifting luggage weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Weekend availability is required.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in luggage, travel, fashion, sporting goods, or specialty retail.
Experience using POS systems and inventory software.
Multilingual candidates are welcome.
