Experience in parts sales is great, but not required. If you’ve got a knack for mechanics — like fixing your own vehicle, four-wheeler, or dirt bike — and you love helping people, we’ll teach you the rest.

Key Responsibilities
Sell parts and products that meet customers’ needs — both in person and over the phone
Record all sales and customer transactions accurately
Assist with shipping and inventory management
Maintain the sales floor (displays, stock levels, organization)
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
Report shortages and assist with reorders
Attend training to stay current on products and procedures
Greet customers promptly and courteously

Strong communication and people skills
Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (bonus, not required)
Team-oriented attitude — willing to help wherever needed
