Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
Process payments accurately using POS systems
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
