We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
What You’ll Do:
Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
Coordinate clients, consultants, trades, and suppliers
Monitor construction progress, risks, and costs
Lead project meetings and site reviews
Manage change orders and project documentation
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Experience managing construction projects
Strong leadership, planning, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of construction methods and project controls
Comfortable using construction management software
Relevant education or certification is an asset
Equivalent education and experience are welcome
