Prosecute cases before the Discipline and Appeal Committees
Review and guide internal and external investigations
Collaborate on complex compliance matters
Provide legal counsel to the Enforcement team
Formulate and implement enforcement strategies
Requirements:
LL.B / J.D. with 15+ years of Bar experience
Proven track record in complex litigation
Skilled in managing investigations from start to finish
Excellent advocacy and interpersonal skills
Digitally proficient with e-discovery experience
