Drive quality assurance at AML as a Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on process integration and data-driven quality initiatives. You'll ensure that urgent customer issues receive immediate attention in a structured way. This role is critical for managing quality across multiple Business Units by implementing robust quality processes and systems.

You'll be hands-on in resolving Severity 1 Non-Conformities and ensuring that all quality-related data is transparent and actionable. Cultivating a culture of quality excellence through standardized practices and effective communication will be your goal. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Severity 1 NC Resolution and oversight
Implement effective data capture mechanisms
Champion NC Process and RCA methodologies
Standardize quality processes across Business Units
Conduct comprehensive monthly Quality Reviews Requirements:
7+ years in quality engineering or systems
Bachelor's degree in a related field
ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS required
