Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated (night-shift) Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our night-shift production operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have robust woodworking machinery experience within a manufacturing setting.

Safety conscious and mechanically inclined the candidate must be comfortable working independently during night shifts hours. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in advancing their skills within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Hours of Work: 1:00PM-11:00pm 10hrs/day (4 days per week)

Duties
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
Assist with assembly processes, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices to perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment.
Manage warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials using forklifts when necessary.
Conduct inspections of products during various stages of production to identify defects or issues and maintain production standards




Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times during shift operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred.
Knowledge of large format sanders, edge banders, and press equipment
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in manufacturing operations with opportunities for growth within the company.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
