Full-Time | $70,000 - $110,000 per year

As a Sales & Leasing Specialist at North Hill Mazda, you will guide customers through the sales and leasing process to help them find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle and budget.

Typical workday:
Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable current or pre-owned vehicles
Present vehicle features, advantages, pricing, and financing/leasing options




Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
Collaborate with the finance and management teams to complete deals efficiently
Follow up with customers to maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat/referral business
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and market trends
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom and lot
Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets

Minimum Requirements:
Must obtain your AMVIC license.
Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Schedule: Variety of weekday/evening shifts (up to 7pm) and 9:00 am-5pm on Saturday. What to expect when you apply:Successful applicants will be contacted by phone for an onsite interview.
