Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Environment Manager to manage and support enterprise application environments across Development, SIT, UAT, Performance, Pre-Production, and Production. The ideal candidate will ensure workplace availability, coordinate releases, support testing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and reliable environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Development, SIT, UAT, Performance, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
Coordinate environment setup, refreshes, cloning, and release activities.
Work with Release, DevOps, Infrastructure, and QA teams to support deployments and code migrations.
Ensure setting readiness for testing, releases, and business activities.
Maintain environment configurations, documentation, and version consistency.
Support test data refresh, environment monitoring, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Business, QA, Infrastructure, DBA, and vendor teams.
Track workplace utilization, risks, incidents, and provide regular status reporting.




Develop and maintain environment management standards, governance, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills
Environment and Release Management
DevOps and CI/CD concepts
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Linux/Windows Server Administration
Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Azure or AWS certification is an advantage
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus

Experience

:
8+ years of experience in Environment Management within enterprise environments.
Experience supporting large-scale applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or custom enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of Release Management, DevOps practices, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
