Implement AgeCare policies with the Registered Nurse
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners
Notify physicians of significant changes in resident status
Direct Personal Support Workers on the care team
Participate in shift reports to update the team Requirements:
Knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitation, and geriatric nursing
Certificate of Competence from Ontario’s College of Nurses
Familiarity with relevant health acts and regulations
Solid communication skills within a healthcare team
