We deliver elevated hospitality through exceptional food, genuine service, and memorable experiences for corporate events, celebrations, networking functions, and social gatherings.

We're looking for an ambitious Sales & Events Manager who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys building relationships, and has the drive to grow event sales while creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through corporate sales, community partnerships, networking, and local outreach.
Manage event inquiries from initial contact through execution and post-event follow-up.
Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, sports organizations, and local businesses.
Conduct venue tours and create customized event proposals and packages.
Achieve monthly sales targets for private events, meetings, and simulator bookings.
Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Maintain an organized client database and manage event bookings using CRM or event software.




Represent Par & Pour at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
Assist with social media promotions and marketing initiatives to increase bookings.

Qualifications
2+ years of sales or event management experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or event venues.
Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-driven.
Experience with event planning, catering sales, or banquet operations is an asset.
Evening and weekend availability as required for client meetings and events.
