Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring movement and reducing pain
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance
Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
Collaborate with physicians, nurses,
and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain a clean and protected treatment environment in compliance with healthcare standards
Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and medical advancements
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region
Prior experience in hospital settings, especially in acute care or pediatrics, is preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Positive communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
