Duties
Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed examinations and medical history reviews using medical terminology to ensure exact understanding.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and clinical presentation.
Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and restore function.
Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to maximize recovery outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and lifestyle modifications for sustained health benefits.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments.
Hands-on experience in pediatrics is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to adapt treatments for children of various ages.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice and patient documentation.
Prior experience delivering patient care in fast-paced clinical environments that require adaptability and quick decision-making.
Familiarity with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and interdisciplinary collaboration processes is preferred.
