We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a quick-paced workplace that can balance competing priorities with ease. This role involves the training and implementation of our services within the optometric field. No prior experience in optometry or tech is required, as we are willing to train.
Visual-Eyes is a software development company first and foremost, but making a positive impact in our optometric clientele’s practice is what we do best. From implementing our industry-leading Practice Management Software, to providing best practices that improve operational efficiencies; we are here to help our clients grow their business. We have been partnering with clinics since 1996, and have clients that have been utilizing our software for over 20 years!
This role is focused on the successful training and implementation of our Visual-Eyes software within various clinic sizes, from small, single doctor locations to larger teams of 30+ employees. Trainings may be held virtually or in-person depending on the clinic’s needs. You will maintain relationships with our clients at various stages of the implementation process, so project management is extremely important.
There is also technical writing required for documentation for our manuals, newsletters, and webinars,
in order to keep our clients informed of new features and modifications as our software evolves.
How could this role be any more exciting? The ability to travel within Canada, from coast to coast! You will be attending trade shows to support our existing clients and build current relationships, providing practice consultations, and setting up new clinics from Victoria Island to Newfoundland and Labrador. You will be working closely with medical professionals who are as passionate about their patients, as we are about our clients, and building relationships to last.
