Develop phase-appropriate cost estimates for Turnaround scopes
Track actuals, commitments, and variances throughout execution
Manage purchase orders and invoice validation in SAP
Build cost dashboards and reporting packages
Lead reconciliation and documentation during cost close-out activities Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Over 10 years' experience in cost engineering or project controls
Knowledge of oil & gas or petrochemical industry
Proficient in SAP and Primavera P6
