Terra Flowers & Flavours in Barrhaven is looking for a part-time florist to join our team.
This position is a outstanding fit for someone who has some hands-on floral design experience and is interested in continuing to grow their skills in a professional flower shop environment.
What we’re looking for:
Some previous florist or floral design experience is preferred
Entry-level applicants with basic hands-on floral experience are welcome to apply
Experience creating bouquets, vase arrangements, or custom floral orders is an asset
A basic understanding of flower care, preparation, and handling
Creativity, attention to detail, and a valuable sense of colour and design
Friendly and professional customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
Must be available to work at least one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday
Must also be available for some evening shifts
Please note: This is a part-time position. Applicants do not need to be highly experienced, but some previous hands-on floral experience is preferred. Job Type: Part time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
