Your role encompasses geriatric nursing, patient assessment, and documentation adherence as per AgeCare policies. Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and respect while delivering excellent care to our residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate nursing services for residents within the community
Lead shift reports, updating all team members
Record significant changes in residents' health conditions
Process physician orders promptly and accurately
Communicate challenges in care to leadership Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Knowledge in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care
Registration with provincial nursing registry
Understanding of relevant health care legislation
