OVERVIEW The Restaurant Team Member is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations while actively working in the restaurant, performing hands-on tasks, and engaging with guests. Team Members contribute to both front- and back-of-house operations, delivering rapid, friendly, and high-quality guest experiences while adhering to company standards and brand requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Deliver exceptional guest service consistently, in accordance with company standards
Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counter areas, and workstations
Perform opening and closing checklists, POS procedures, and shift-end duties accurately
Process guest transactions,



including cash handling and POS system operation
Support other restaurant tasks and team members as required to ensure smooth operations
Maintain speed, quality, and consistency of food and service output
Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations in accordance with company policies
Adhere to cost control guidelines and assist with waste reduction initiatives
Report operational issues or safety concerns promptly to management

GENERAL
Fluent in English and effective communication with guests, team members, and management
Compliance with all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures is required
Must maintain skilled behaviour, confidentiality, and team-oriented conduct
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and brand standards
