With 2 years working with severe mental illnesses, you'll connect directly with clients, empowering their choices and decision-making. Collaboration with team members promotes a culture of respect and understanding, ensuring customer-centric support services. Key Responsibilities:
Provide peer counseling and consultation to clients and families
Assist in rehabilitation and support functions aligned with the ACT model
Facilitate crisis recognition and intervention practices
Liaise with community resources for enhanced support
Promote client choice in treatment and recovery strategies Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in health or social services
2 years' experience with severe mental illness
Training in Peer Support Work
Solid communication and facilitation skills
