Duties
Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards
Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommended follow-up treatments to support ongoing wellness
Ensure a clean, protected, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety guidelines




Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and any contraindications
Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to optimize client care and recovery

Experience
Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program and registration with the relevant licensing body
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments, answering questions, and providing professional advice
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
