Position Requirements:
Valid British Columbia Basic Security Training (BST)
Valid OFA Level 1
Community engagement training for managing sensitive interactions, especially with homeless individuals
Strong leadership, observation, and conflict de-escalation skills
Excellent report writing and customer service abilities
Qualified, disciplined approach with solid communication skills
Ability to supervise a team, ensuring procedures are followed
