Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and provide correct change using basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and serving stations
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support quick service during busy hours
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly,



and addressing inquiries professionally
Follow food safety protocols to ensure all food handling meets health standards and regulations

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be trained in office
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between stations, and perform light food prep tasks
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
