Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety compliance
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality
Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and billing purposes
Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is a plus but not required
Capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads for extended periods throughout shifts
