Kitsuné’s mission is to promote a contemporary Art de Vivre. As part of this ongoing development, we are looking for our future Sales Associate to join Maison Kitsuné. Reporting to the Store Manager and as part of the Retail team, you will act as a true ambassador of the brand.

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to commercial performance: Actively participate in achieving sales targets and monitor KPIs. Advise and assist customers at the point of sale. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement action plans to improve store performance.

Deliver an exceptional client experience: Create meaningful interactions through personalized and relevant storytelling. Help build customer loyalty and support the development of the client portfolio with the team.

Support daily store operations:



Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, conduct regular inventory checks, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized store workplace.

Uphold the brand image: Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times. Act in line with the brand’s CSR values: Carry out your responsibilities while aligning with Kitsuné’s strategic pillars and sustainability commitments. Profile

Fluency in English is required; Japanese or Korean would be a plus.
