This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as being a strong team player.
Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy treatments for client concerns.
Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on their health concerns and preferences.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace before, during, and after each session.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes and progress updates.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to support their long-term health.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques,
and continuing education to improve service offerings.
Requirements
Valid city license and certification in massage therapy.
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting client relationships.
Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to explain treatment plans clearly and address client concerns.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Specifically Sat/Sun, Wed evenings.
