Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Attendant to monitor parking facilities, enforce parking regulations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a protected and clean environment. The ideal candidate is qualified, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
Provide courteous and professional service to customers, vendors, coworkers, and management.
Communicate respectfully and professionally while assisting the public.

Parking Enforcement
Conduct routine parking lot inspections.
Verify parking payments and valid permits.
Issue parking violations and parking payment notices when required.
Record vehicle information accurately and maintain detailed enforcement records.
Report vehicles that meet impound criteria to a supervisor.

Administration
Perform data entry using handheld electronic devices.
Complete shift reports, incident reports, and all required documentation accurately and on time.




Record work hours using the company's timekeeping system (e.g., Kronos).

Site Maintenance
Remove trash and debris from parking areas.
Report maintenance concerns, including potholes, damaged signs, and other safety hazards.
Verify parking rates and signage, updating rates as directed.
Protect company property and equipment from damage or loss.

Professional Standards
Maintain a clean, neat, and skilled appearance.
Wear the required uniform and identification badge while on duty.
Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when required.
Provide and maintain reliable personal transportation, including fuel, insurance, maintenance, and repair costs.

Qualifications
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).
Ability to complete reports and maintain accurate records.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
