Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Follow proper Id procedures in accordance with BC Tobacco laws
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
Assist customers with selecting products, upselling where appropriate to enhance their purchase experience
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization skills
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction




Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all visitors
Previous experience in technology or retail sales is preferred, especially with technical products or gadgets
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Proven ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and advantages
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Exceptional phone etiquette for assisting customers remotely or over the phone when needed
Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly, approachable demeanor
