Apprentice Partsperson reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for the receipt, secure storage, and proper issue of materials and supplies required for operations. This full‑time hourly position offers a 4x4 schedule of days and nights and requires reliable commuting to or relocation near Sparwood, B.C.

Responsibilities

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

Ship, receive and securely store materials

Set minimum/maximum stock levels, pick and fill orders, perform cycle and inventory counts

Operate warehouse equipment safely, including industrial forklifts

Perform heavy lifting in a safe manner

Ensure safe and productive completion of warehouse storage related projects in a fast‑paced environment

Identify opportunities to streamline business processes

Qualifications





Registered 2nd or 3rd year Partsperson (Warehouseperson)

Valid driver’s license

Strong understanding of warehousing functions

Ability to quickly master a materials management system

Ability to multi‑task and meet challenges directly

Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience in a mining or industrial workplace is considered an asset

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
