The Peoples Church is hiring a full time Youth Pastor to shepherd youth grades 6-12 in spiritual development and community engagement. Weekly responsibilities include Fridays and Sundays.

As a Youth Pastor at The Peoples Church, you will play a vital role in overseeing youth ministries and developing strategies to foster their relationship with Jesus. Engage with young congregants through teaching, mentoring, and organizing events that connect them with their faith and community. Collaboration with other ministry leaders will be essential to fulfilling the church’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee youth ministry strategy and program execution
• Serve as a mentor and spiritual guide
• Plan and lead youth-focused events and retreats




• Engage with families and parents for holistic youth support
• Recruit and develop leadership from within the youth group

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of ministry experience with youth
• Passionate about youth development and faith integration
• Proven ability to relate to diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Capacity to create impactful ministry experiences
