About the Role Restate prior year financial statements from IFRS to US GAAP
Assist the director/senior manager with financial reporting tasks related to the conversion
Perform detailed reconciliations between IFRS and US GAAP to ensure accuracy
Analyze historical data and transactions to identify adjustments per US GAAP standards
Document all conversion adjustments with thorough audit trails for transparency and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to validate restatement entries
Qualifications CPA designation (international designation accepted)
Experience in financial reporting under US GAAP
Experience with quarterly reporting
