Position Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated TIG Journeyman Welder to join our team on the morning and afternoon shift. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality GTAW (TIG) welding on light gauge materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Morning Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM - Monday - Friday

Afternoon Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM - Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

Utilize FCAW and GMAW processes as required

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

Ensure weld quality meets required standards and specifications





Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipmentInspect finished welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and consistency

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Required Education & Qualifications

Journeyman Welder certification

Proven experience with GTAW (TIG), FCAW, and GMAW welding processes

Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings

Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace

Willingness to work overtime (weekdays/weekends) as required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience operating shears and press brakes is considered an asset

Safety Requirement - Respirator Use

This position may involve tasks requiring the use of a respirator. In accordance with occupational health and safety standards, all employees must be clean‑shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure proper fit and protection. Compliance with this requirement is mandatory for employment in this role.
