GWell Cleaning Services is looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
Residential Cleaning
Commercial & Office Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Follow company cleaning standards and checklists.
Maintain professionalism while working in clients' homes and businesses.
Report maintenance concerns or damages when necessary.
Ensure high-quality results on every job.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
Experience with residential, commercial, office, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Valid Background Check (required).
Reliable transportation or ability to travel independently to different job locations.
Own basic cleaning supplies.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.




Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing cleaning duties for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience cleaning houses, condos, offices, clinics, and commercial buildings.
Experience with home organizing is an asset.
Own vacuum cleaner is an asset.
Customer service experience.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Morning or evenings shifts
Day shifts
