We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team to clean homes in Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Oakville areas. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to ensure our clients' homes are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess robust organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Fluency in English is required. 3 years of residential cleaning is required. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment committed to quality and professionalism. We are looking for cleaners who want to make cleaning their career!

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens (if client asks)
Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for each job
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences




Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to high standards of quality and safety
Maintain an organized schedule to complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
Follow safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning activities

Requirements
Fluency in English.
3 years of prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and reaching
Reliable transportation or means to commute to various client locations
Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Must carry their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must be able to produce a police check and references.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
