We are currently looking for a project manager to join our agile Ottawa team.
As part of your duties, your responsibilities will include:
Plan, organize, lead and control assigned construction projects
Participate in project planning and monitoring meetings
Represent Atwill-MorinStructurewith the client and professionals (participate in the kick-off meeting, site meetings, etc.)
Plan the needs for labour, materials, equipment and tools
Build and follow the project timeline
Follow up on shop drawings and manage changes
Determine and obtain the permits required for the execution of the project
Implement and supervise the prevention program on assigned sites
Coordinate and manage prevention in occupational health and safety
Prepare, have approved and transmit the required contractual documents and correspondence
Notify the client of any additional work and notify subcontractors of any chargebacks
Produce and distribute site guidelines
Track costs and additional work
Provide the accounting team the information about the progress of the project and ensure the preparation of invoi
