We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive enhancement team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying protective films and window tinting to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances both aesthetics and vehicle value. Duties
Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking areas to ensure optimal application of PPF and window tinting films
Measure, cut, and install paint protection films with precision, ensuring seamless coverage and adherence
Apply window tint films using specialized tools, maintaining consistent quality and clarity
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively during installation processes
Inspect finished work for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed for perfect fit and finish
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials
Communicate clearly with customers about the installation process, care instructions, and maintenance tips
Requirements
Prior experience in dealership or automotive repair environments is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for detailed work
Ability to lift heavy objects safely during the handling of large film rolls or vehicle parts
Robust attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship in film application
Knowledge of automotive systems or repair processes is a plus but not mandatory
Excellent manual dexterity and steady hands for meticulous installations
Mechanic experience or background in automotive service is advantageous
